**Refund & Replacement Policy**

At Sab Access (SA), we follow a strict quality and service policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

Refund requests will not be entertained in case of delivery delays caused by natural calamities, logistics partner issues, or customer unavailability, as these are considered exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must report any physical damage within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so, or any damage caused due to electrical surge or mishandling by the user, will make the product ineligible for refund or replacement.

In eligible cases, refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deducting applicable bank charges and delivery charges.

Refund / Return will NOT be provided in the following cases:

* If the customer is not satisfied with the product’s appearance or sound quality, unless the product is defective or damaged.
* If any physical damage is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
* If the damage is caused due to electrical surges or improper handling by the customer/user.
