At Sab Access (SA), we are committed to delivering a seamless ownership experience.

If your product, purchased from the Sab Access website or any authorized e-commerce platform, is found to have a manufacturing defect either upon arrival or within the specified warranty period, SA will take full responsibility for repair or replacement, in accordance with our warranty guidelines (refer to Warranty Guidelines page), effective from the date of purchase.

For products purchased via platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, we recommend contacting the respective platform's support team first. If your concern remains unresolved, our support team will be happy to assist you further.

Under warranty, we offer repair or replacement services. Customers are required to courier the product to our service address, bearing one side of the shipping cost, as doorstep pickup services are not available at this time. Once serviced, the product will be returned to you at no additional cost from our end.

Please note, repair or replacement services are applicable only once per product during its warranty period, regardless of the purchase platform.
